Biological Anthropology – Faculty of Medicine at the University of Freiburg (Germany) is looking for a researcher in a project funded by the German Research Foundation (Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft, DFG). It is concerned with improving research data management and curation in biological anthropology by providing appropriate infrastructure. The position involves participation in designing a software concept and the implementation of the concept by configuring an existing software framework. Applicants need to hold a masters or equivalent degree and will have to demonstrate either experience with semantic web technologies (RDF, SPARQL) or with software development. A background in biological anthropology is not mandatory but highly advantageous.
